Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the carpet must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order carpets
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Carpets that have been used or installed
